Chocolate Covered Bananas 

Freeze bananas on wooden skewers. After frozen, dip the bananas into warm Microwave Fudge Mix then roll in chopped peanuts, crushed cookies or another favourite topping. Put into the freezer again for 30 minutes before serving.

Creamy Raspberry Honey Mustard Chicken

1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 Tbsp Raspberry Honey Mustard
2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tsp Oh! So Onion
1 tsp Oh! So Garlic 

Sauté chicken with Oh! So Garlic and Oh! So Onion for 3-4 minutes.  Add soup and Raspberry Honey Mustard. Let simmer until chicken is cooked through, approx. 20-25 minutes. Serve over rice.

Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

12-14 large mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese, softened (227ml)
2 tsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip
1 can lobster or crab
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 tsp Spinach & Herb Mix

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Mix cream cheese, mayo, Creamy Parmesan Artichoke Dip, lobster and 1/2 of grated cheddar cheese. Stuff mushrooms; sprinkle remaining cheese on mushrooms and sprinkle a dash of Spinach & Herb Mix on each. Bake at 375ºF for 15 to 20 minutes
